A levitating chocolate dessert, an ash-coloured kulfi, a mandarin orange tree and a fake egg yolk — the menu at the newly-opened Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra tricks, surprises and delights the palate. The restaurant, located in Janpath, has kept its interiors minimalistic so that the diner’s focus is solely on the food.
